ACD Product Specialist
The ACD Product Specialist must have the ability to strategically and tactically define new integration opportunities between Knowlagent Solutions and the leading global ACD vendors, recommend products, understand and alleviate customer concerns/objections, work with ACD vendors to establish/manage partner relationships, and define detailed technical requirements for the solution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years-related experience
  • Product experience in two or more of the following ACDs is a requirement:
    • Avaya
    • Aspect
    • Cisco
    • Genesys

  • Extensive experience with large scale or complex communication system architectures and implementations, as well as a deep knowledge of managing enterprise contact centers.
  • Knowledge of Outsourcing Contact Centers and their business and technical relationships with their customers.
  • Ability to develop technical concepts around key business needs or obstacles.
  • Balance between strategy definition and tactical product requirements definitions.
  • Experience in managing ACD Vendor relations.
  • Proven track record of articulating business solutions to different levels of management within a call center.
  • SaaS Experience a plus.
