Workshops Provide “How-To” Advice on Developing and Executing At-Home Agent Strategies

Atlanta, GA (April 28, 2011) - Knowlagent, a leading agent productivity solution for the world’s 10 million call center agents, is partnering with Customer Contact Strategies to sponsor the At-Home Strategies for Success Workshop series. The workshop series, which is slated for four cities between May and October, is a two-day session designed exclusively for organizations considering an at-home model, or expanding and refining their existing model.

According to workshop facilitator and Customer Contact Strategies President, Michele Rowan, each workshop is expected to attract a wide range of attendees, from Fortune 500 companies in continuous-improvement or scaling mode to small customer service and sales groups who are studying the at-home model and building business cases. With high interaction and benchmarking amongst attendees to leverage learning and best practices, the workshops will include presentations, case studies and networking events with key at-home experts.
