PAUL HOULE JOINS KNOWLAGENT AS DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Professional services veteran joins management team to lead service delivery for Knowlagent customers
Atlanta, GA (June 22, 2009) – Knowlagent, a leading provider of on-demand solutions for managing call centers, announces the appointment of Paul Houle as Director of Professional Services. Houle brings a history of managing professional services organizations.
As Director of Professional Services, Houle and his team will be responsible for implementing our solutions and providing customized support to our new and existing customers. Prior to joining Knowlagent, he served as the Director of Best Practices at Ariba where he was responsible for integrating the legacy Procuri Best Practice Center into the Ariba Global Services Organization.
Houle developed the charter and workflow for Procuri’s professional services on-demand spin-off department known as the Best Practice Center. Also at Procuri, Houle had responsibilities as Director of Professional Services and National Account Sales Executive. Prior to Procuri, Houle gained technology experience at several organizations including Gambit Communications, GTE Internetworking, and MFS Datanet which was acquired by MCI Worldcom.
