Matt co-founded Knowlagent in 1995 with a vision of helping clients improve the service that they deliver to their clients by improving the performance of their customer service agents. Today, the company is a leader in its market with more than 200,000 call center agents using Knowlagent every day around the world. Matt is the author of the book Customer Service at a Crossroads and holds eleven software patents. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering.

Dan Getzewich, SVP of Sales and Business Development ( LinkedIn )

Dan GetzewichDan Getzewich is the SVP of Sales and Business Development at Knowlagent. Dan has dedicated most of his career to the strategy, development and execution of large customer care organizations. Prior to joining Knowlagent, Dan was President of DMG Business Consulting, providing business development support and operational guidance for many of the largest call center and outsourcing organizations. Prior to DMG, Dan led Nextel's customer care organization, generating annual revenues of $100 million and supporting 16 million customers. During this time, Nextel was the industry leader in customer retention, cost per subscriber, and the recipient of the J.D. Powers Award for best customer service.

Dan has also held several executive positions in finance, operations, and sales with both Nextel and Verizon Wireless. Dan graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in mathematics and holds an MBA from Seton Hall University.

Dr. Ted Giordano, VP, Strategic Solutions ( LinkedIn )

Ted GiordanoTed Giordano is Vice President, Strategic Solutions for Knowlagent. In this role, Ted is responsible for determining and executing Knowlagent's product strategy. This includes identifying new products and product enhancements through research, analysis, customer engagement and strategic partnerships. Ted brings more than fifteen years of call center industry experience. Ted holds a Ph.D. in Education/Adult Education from Florida State University.

Jean Halaszyn, Director of Finance & Administration

Jean HalaszynCurrently serving in the role of Director of Finance & Administration, Jean Halaszyn has been with Knowlagent for over eight years and has primary responsibility for all areas of accounting, contracts, finance, human resources, and investor communications. Prior to joining Knowlagent, her experience included over twenty years in both accounting and finance; in diverse businesses such as engineering & consulting, laboratory, service, manufacturing, and software technology, and in both domestic and international venues. Her educational background includes majoring in Accounting at the University of Texas El Paso, and additional post-degree coursework at San Diego State University.

John Marlowe, Chief Technology Officer ( LinkedIn )

Johnny MarloweAs Chief Technology Officer, John oversees the information technology and software development of the company including all product management, development and technical operations. Prior to joining Knowlagent, John served as co-founder and partner of Atlanta-based Integrity Sourcing, where he was responsible for the enterprise transformation of business delivery, measurement and communication mechanisms for Fortune 100 clients including Coca-Cola and The Home Depot. Prior to his work with Integrity Sourcing, John served as CTO of Emergency Road Services, Inc. (ERS), which handled millions of transactions annually for 12 million members through multiple call centers, and CTO of iFLEET, Inc., a leading provider of information technology and services to automotive and consumer fleets. John graduated from Mercer University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.

John Wolf, VP of Marketing & Product Management ( LinkedIn )

Ted GiordanoJohn Wolf is Knowlagent's Vice President of Marketing & Product Management.  In this role, John and his team are responsible for driving revenue, accelerating company growth, and positioning the Knowlagent solutions.

John has held a number of related positions at other organizations that are beneficial to leading the marketing and product management teams at Knowlagent.  Prior to his position at Equifax Personal Solutions, Wolf was Founder at MyoMarkets where he developed an online marketing and e-commerce solution that developed integrated marketing plans across online marketplaces, shopping search engines, and dedicated retail sites.  As Director, Customer Marketing and Client Services at Marketworks, Wolf managed a team responsible for developing and growing marketing programs.

John graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Industrial Engineering and holds an MBA from Emory University.
