Service is an integral part Knowlagent's culture, whether it's serving the community, our customers, or partners. This year, after evaluating several well-deserving organizations, Knowlagent has chosen to invest in the community through MUST Ministries. The company chooses one organization to focus on throughout the year to make the most impact on the community through donations, drives and sweat equity.

About MUST
MUST Ministries provides a homeless shelter and mentoring programs for men, women, and children as well as day services for low/no income individuals and families in need, including food, clothing, financial assistance, and showers. For more info on MUST Ministries, visit www.mustministries.org.

Knowlagent Employees

Knowlagent and its employees have supported MUST Ministries throughout 2009. One day each quarter, employees prepared and served lunch on-site for 120+ people. In addition, Knowlagent provided 200 sack lunches for MUST to have on hand for residents who needed lunch during their workday.

In early July, Knowlagent’s support of MUST Ministries expanded to include not only paint and supplies but a day of painting the shelter so that it could accommodate additional people in need of housing.

Knowlagent EmployeesIn October, the company held a transportation drive where employees collected and delivered bikes, strollers, and money for bus tickets for shelter residents in need of transportation. Knowlagent also stocked the MUST food pantry with canned goods, peanut butter, jelly, and toiletries.

In early December, employee teams decorated the Shelter and Dining Room for Christmas, prepared and served a special holiday lunch on-site, and provided those individuals who came to lunch as well as the Shelter residents with a gift bag containing gloves, socks, and a hat.

The Knowlagent leadership team and employees are strongly committed to the community and MUST Ministries in particular, making sure the company and its employees do everything they can to continue supporting the needs of MUST and the people they serve. In addition to continuing to cover their basic needs, some new ideas are being explored that will enable MUST Ministries and Knowlagent to partner and make a tremendous difference in the community.
